The instrument panel was also leaking. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to sawyer Chevrolet (351 w bridge St, catskill, NY 12414, (518) 291-4586) where it was diagnosed that a new wi-fi antenna gasket needed to be installed. The vehicle was repaired, but failed again days later. The manufacturer was notified and did not assist. The failure mileage was 36,000.

The vehicle was taken to hayward Mitsubishi (25601 mission blvd, hayward, ca 94544, (510) 999-5999) and the contact was informed that the ignition key could be the cause of the failure. The vehicle was repaired, but the contact was unaware of the repairs that were completed. The contact stated that the failure recurred several days later. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who again stated that the failure could be the ignition key; therefore, a new key should be made for the ignition. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The failure mileage was unknown.
