Express 4.3L

Taken my 2020 Express to local GM dealer 5 times for transmission shifting problems. They said first tried fluid change. Minor improvements but got worse again.

Valve body changed, ok for a month. Hard shift came back. After the 5th time in and they said another program update I didn’t get three blocks away I thought the transmission was going to explode into third gear.

Complained again then sent email to GM. Service manager called me I told him they have never fixed the problem and it seems worse.

Tells me they don’t have issues with the 8 speed and they can’t find anything wrong. Told them I want it fixed or replaced.
