I brought my car to the GMC Ferguson in Broken Arrow for the ignition and cylinder recall on 10 Sept 14. After they did that, that's when I started having problems of starting my vehicle. Sometimes it would start, sometimes it won't. When I towed my car back to them, the guy at the service center told me that my connections are really corroded and that is why it was not starting. My engines and battery was replaced June of last year, 2013 so that could not be true. I checked and I did not see any corrosion that would prevent the spark from making contact to the engine. I think they did something wrong when they replaced the recall parts but they just don't want to admit it and they don't want to spend any more time working on my car. Who do I need to contact for this? This is my only car and I need it to use for school.

Ever since Chevy did the ignition recall the car has randomly not started with no cranking noise. I have replaced the battery and replaced the ignition switch. Chevy will not replace the cylinder (which was replaced in the recall). I wrote a letter to the Chevy CEO and got ONE hour of diagnostics free. I am at my wits end.
