Vehicle was involved in accident and needs body work to repair. It has been sitting at the dealer waiting for the parts since March 4th, today March 24th GM told me that the parts would be available for shipping on April 27th. That is just great customer service. Their customer service just says they are sorry for the inconvenience. INCONVENIENCE? I haven't my car for 20 days and they are saying that the parts to fix it won't be available until the end of April. This means I won't have the car until May! I have always been a loyal Chevrolet customer but never again. Once you drive one of their cars off the lot they could care less about you. With their current problems one might think they would try to take care of the customers they do have instead of just saying they are sorry. I don't care what they promise or what the government might promise I will never buy anything from General Motors again! If they can't get parts for a car that has been on the road for 7 month how do they expect to stay in business.
