I know my car is one of the million plus that is on recall, when my son drove it to get dinner on 3/30/2014 it stalled on him and then when I was heading out for work this morning-3/31/2014- it would not stat at all. Radio and all lights work so it's not the battery, we even disconnected the battery to reset the computer and still won't start.
GM says only my key fob is defective, not the actual ignition switch but my car has been fine, except a couple of stalls and not being able to remote start it, till this past weekend!!

this car is a LEMON! When we turned the key to start nothing happens and the airbag light is now on, which is somehow related to the ignition switch.

This morning I picked up my vehicle from Miami Lakes Auto Mall in Miami FL after it being serviced for the ignition recall. Considering the vehicle sat at the dealer for over a month, the vehicle would not start. The service dept attempted to give me the car back with my engine making noises that it should not. They took the vehicle back to a technician that did a "patch" just to get me out of there. There was fluids all over the engine that I had to insist that my vehicle be taken back to the service bay and have the engine cleaned. Now that I have left the dealer MY CAR WILL NOT START. This needs to be handled immediately, someone needs to come get my car, bring me a car to use, fix my car back to the condition from when I left it originally.
I hope to hear from you soon.
