The engine problems with my 2009 HHR is the engine light keep coming on after taking my car to the shop. My concern is I cannot get the tags for my car because of the engine light. My car can't pass the emission test to even get my tags. I have paid money to get this light off several times and it continues to pop on. I always have to get an extension tag because of the engine light. The car always stops when you sit at a red light. When starting the car you will have to pump gas a couple of times to get it started. The intake cam sensor and exhaust cam position sensor coated with sludge. I just got my car from the shop on 11/2117 and they said my car keeps having sludge build up in the engine. This is going to be a continuous problem. This car has cost me so much money 1. Head lights keeps going out 2. I thought the air bag light was a recall and the car dealership said no 3.The turn signal lights blow out all the time. 4. Always say low on brake fluid.
