HHR LS 2.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 151,000 miles

My HHR mysteriously has a ghost in the shell the stereo turns on and off while driving - no one has to touch anything, it just does it. Since I don't listen to music while driving as it is a distraction, I'm trying to figure out WTF is going on and GM is useless on the matter since 5 dealership shops have not been able to figure out the cause of this issue. GM should fix this under a recall since they manufactured this freakin' radio and the quality level of service has gone down the S Bend. This is why i just bought a Dodge Ram 1500 - there's no ISSUES with Chrysler products.

HHR LS 2.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 15,000 miles

Speakers turn off randomly when it is cold or wet outside.Start turning on when it is dry out or warms up.Now at 29000 miles none work. All alarms and turn signals run through the speakers. I think it is a safety issue . As far as I know there are no recalls but should be.
