I've had my car in - about 5 times now, since June 8th. The check engine light comes one. The engine revives for no apparent reason, and I was told after replacing (the computer, the ignition switch, the coil packs, ignition switch, had the throttle cleaned) that it's the gas and I have to use the high performance gas. Well, I only use 91 octane with no ethanol, so, I doubt it's the gas that's causing the problem. I just want out of this car, before it kills me as it likes to stall when it idles.

I have had problems with the check engine light AND the ESC light coming on. I have always bought American, primarily GM products but am getting tired of the problems and recalls and seriously considering checking out other options. I had to have the ignition fixed due to that recall. Had problems with the key not working. Have problems with the key fob, it does not always work and when it does not and I use the key to open the door the alarm goes off.

BUY A NEW VEH. FROM GM W/EXT.WARR. ALL BASES COVERED, THINK YA GONNA HAVE NO PROBLEMS=NOT! FELT LIKE ENG.MISS SHUDDER ON ACCEL, THEN ENG LT CAME ON & CONFIRMED MY CONCERN! TOOK BACK TO DEALER=INFORMED ME @ 1ST=HAD PROBLEM W/CAM SENSOR, THEN ANOTHER SENSOR MAP OR MAF, YEAH RIGHT! FEW DAYS LATER AFTER NOT HEARING FROM DEALER/SERVICE I CALL=WHAT'S UP? INFORMED WRONG ENG INSTALLED @ FACTORY SO COMPUTER WAS TRYING TO COMPENSATE FOR WRONG INFO BEING SENT?

I WORKED AS MECH, TECH, SER. ADV., ASST.SER.MGR. IN AUTO BUSINESS FOR OVER 25 YRS. & I NEVER HEARD, MY BROTHER ALSO TECH. & OTHERS IN AUTO BUSINESS HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS CONCERN/INEPTITUDE BY GM EVER HAPPENING!!!? I WANTED OUT OF VEHICLE WHICH YA KNOW DIDN'T HAPPEN! I HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT ALIGNMENT CONCERNS SINCE DAY 1=VEH.GOES TO LEFT OR IN AUTO LINGO WANDERS!? 1ST INFORMED ROTATE TIRES WOULD FIX=NOT!THEN PUT ON RACK & SAID THEY TWEAKED IT A LITTLE=NOT FIXED!? SO I TOLD THEM YOU CAN DRIVE VEH.W/CROWN OF ROAD TO RIGHT & STILL CLIMBS UP THE HILL SO TO SPEAK!I DRIVE ALOT AS A COURIER ON 95 & WHEN YOU GO AROUND TURNS PRIOR TO BALT.TUNNELL LET GO WHEEL & VEH.CLIMBS UP TO LEFT NOT TO RIGHT LIKE NORMAL VEH. I NOW HAVE 94K & WAS TOLD NEEDS TIRES BEFORE ALIGNMENT CONCERN CAN BE ADDRESSED? THAT'S RIGHT I MADE ORIG.TIRES LAST 94K & STILL HAVE 2/32NDS LEFT!!! WILL BUY NEW TIRES @ 1ST SNOW & THEN WILL HAVE BRO PUT ON RACK ALIGN, CHARGE ME THEN TAKE PAID INVOICE BACK TO DEALER SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT! I FEEL LIKE GM SHOULD HAVE EITHER GIVEN ME NEW VEH. OR STEPPED UP & OFFERED ANOTHER NEW GM MODEL VEH. WHEN THIS STARTED! NOW I THINK THAT THEY CAN'T WAIT FOR ME TO GET TO 100K FOR WARR.TO EXPIRE! I'M GONNA BUY A USED VEH. & MILK THE PISS OUT OF THIS WARR. PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE WHOM READS THIS & HEARS/KNOWS OF SIMILAR CONCERNS FOR THIS SAME MODEL/YR. 2011 HHR LS GET BACK TO ME ?
