2000 Chevrolet Impala. The turn signal will not work, it will be on and it will shut off. Consumer replaced the fuse and the flasher unit. They only work with the hazard lights on or if the vehicle is off. The vehicle has not been taken to the dealership to be inspected. This has been happening since January.
