Impala ES 3.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 150,000 miles

The fans turn on when I start the engine and stay on for several minutes after I turn it off. If I didn't have a new battery, I would be toast.

Impala LS 3.4L

i got my car in 2004 it was like 3 yrs old i had a problem with the radiator fans the second day i ad the car..the fans where making some terrible noises, i spend about a year ignoring it..at first i didn't know it was the fans i thought it was the tranny and that by doing a tranny tune up the noise was going to go away, but nope..it was the fans and a year later i got some from teh dealer i spend about 400 dls. then after that a year later for some reason the fans start on their own sometimes. i get the check engine light on. and now the gas needle is going crazy i cant tell how much gas i have so im always guessing so that i dnt run out..my turn signals have been crazy since i got the car. sometimes they stop working but i hit the emergency lights button a few times and my turn signals work again..does anybody know what is wrong with my car.
