Front passenger's seatbelt has been replaced 3 times. When used it kept tightening and would not release unless unbuckled. At this time belt will not pull out, and will be replaced fourth time since May 2001.

Driver's seat belt will not retract while in reverse at low speed. Seat belt also came out of locked position while driving, dealer has adjusted seat belt once, now dealer refuses to fix it.
