This is ridiculous how the 2001 Chev. Impala is so raggedy and GM does not want to help. GM SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! My steering has a whining sound when just parked and running. If it's being turned to the left or right it is annoying. GM QUIT HIDING AND FIX THE 2001 IMPALA.

Whining sound & slight grabbing when turning appears more when the car is cold, and sometimes the whining sound happens when going straight (without turning). The power steering fluid reserve is full and not leaking. Any suggestions?
