Fuel system, gasoline delivery : fuel pressure regulator was leaking, on my 2003 Chevrolet Impala,3.4 liter engine. The car has 41000 miles on it. This may be the same problem as NHTSA campaign id 04V090000 which involved a recall of 2000 Chevrolet Impala with the 3.8 liter engine for leaking fuel regulator.
