2005 Chevrolet Impala. Unit #1 was westbound on the Ohio turnpike. The left front tire blew out causing the unit to loose control. Unit #1 veered off the side of the roadway and struck the median wall. (Ohio traffic crash report # 10-0390-90)

2005 Chevy Impala lost control on the wet roadway. Consumer went off the left side of the roadway and struck the median wall, rotated and struck the median wall again. According to the police report, the tires were worn with excessive wear to the edges. Ohio traffic crash report # 10-0349-90 updated 04/15/10
