I hate my car! It's the worst car I have ever had! I'm so upset! My heater doesn't work right and you're driving in -25 below zero, this sucks! My head lights don't work right either. They are so dim and now my brights don't work. My brakes don't work right they make a sliding noise and my traction lights comes on. Service light is always coming on for something. AC doesn't work right either, it clatters when you shut it off. The paint is peeling off. We paid a lot of money for this car. Get your sh*t together and make these cars right or get out of this line of work.
We trust your company with our lives now make it right with us.
P.S.I now have a recall on the simple place where you put the key in to start your car. OMG!!!! What's next !?! Oh I know... take off work to get your car fixed... lose wages from work... put more miles on your car... buy gas... and more wear and tear on your car! What a joke! All I know is when I buy my next car, it will not be a Chevy! I lost my faith in the company!

Still does not work - has been repaired at three different auto shops - one that was a Chevy dealer. It works temporarily and then goes back to not working.

So I have has problems with the cooling and heating with this car since within a year of purchasing it (used with ~10k miles). At first the cooling became worse and worse to the point where it just would hardly cool any longer. I had it looked at numerous times by dealer and other services and they could get it all working again for a short time, but then eventually it would go back the way it was. It would cool ok as long as you were moving and the weather wasn't too hot. Then, after a couple of years the loud clicking began. It sounded like someone hitting a chalkboard with a pointer stick loudly and repeatedly. This would happen any time the air was turned onto max blow or max cool, god forbid both. If you fiddled with the dials a little, you could get it to stop though, and again it didnt get fixed because the couple of times I had someone look at it, the problem didn't repeat. Finally, just this year the defrosters quit working, as well as the heat in general (probably the same reason) unless you were driving fast. It as been really annoying this winter to be cold driving around in the car all of the time. The last straw is today the temperature gauge started spiking to the 'overheat' level. There is plenty of coolant, and I've read the solutions from other people with the same problem. I am headed to buy a new car instead of fix this bucket of bolts, and I will not be buying a Chevy again.
