when i lock the doors the horn goes off . anti theft shows

every time I lock my car . The alarm goes off with the horn blowing for 2 min., I park way out at the grocery store, it's embarrassing. When I get back in the car it shows Theft attempted. also it shows hood open when it's not, that's another complaint.
