problem #1

Impala LT 3.9L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 54,000 miles

We have three children in car seats sharing the back set. For the kids I am supposed to fully extend the set belt to lock it from moving forward again.

The lock intermittently stopped locking or would release the lock before the final destination. This had me extremely concerned.

The dealer could not replicate the problem in the shop (of course) but did replace the belt under warranty.

That seemed to solve the issue.
