The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. While driving approximately 70 mph, the contact noticed that the heating system failed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the heating system blower motor failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 168,000.
