Impala LT V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 40,000 miles

Noise started at 40,000 miles. Loud at acceleration, especially on incline. Dealer said all Impalas have a drain hole in the exhaust system to allow water to drain. Never heard of a planned hole in the exhaust. I have another Impala (2012) with more mileage and don't have this problem. Seeing the dealer again tomorrow. Will update.
