Horn is very difficult to activate. It is virtually impossible to use thumbs to activate while keeping hands on the steering wheel. I must take my hand off the wheel and use the palm of my hand to exert enough pressure to activate the horn, which would be dangerous when I'm trying to warn another driver or pedestrian of an emergency situation such as an impending collision. At my first service I reported this to my dealer and was told that all the 2014 Impala are like this.
