poor quality with brake rotors

At 6000 miles my 2015 impala was suffering from pulsation from the back of my car. The quality of all brake rotors are crap today. It was fixed by the dealer and I was on my way. A second pulsation happened around 18000 miles. thought it was from the rear again, but it was the front this time. Also my left front seatbelt was changed from poor quality ,the seatbelt was fraying and falling apart.rediculous, but the dealer was very good about this issue. No problem with the dealer, but the quality of this car is horrible.
