2019 Chevrolet Impala. Consumer writes in regards to horn assembly problem. Consumer stated that horn does not sound when pressing horn icons on steering wheels. The consumer stated the only way to activate the horn is to press the near the airbag symbol which is inconsistent with the owner's manual. The vehicle was inspected and was determined to be operating as designed.
