problem #1

OK it isn't new, but I have ever had a car of ANY AGE where the outside door pulls are so poorly made that they become brittle and break and are inoperable from the outside. I bought the Lumina Euro with a non-working passenger side handle. In December it happened finally to the driver's side. All Winter 1 window must be left open for rain snow and vandals. I now must open it by reaching my arm in and opening with the inside handle. The price to replace 1 side is about $500 after shipping and there was only 1 on the planet when researched.. A used one if available is over $300. There are no used ones available. Seems this is a chronic problem with these cars. This is resulting in wet interior and subsequent damage from dampness including corrosion of electrical and other metals and molds developing in the seats, headliner and door panels and floors within a perfectly driveable car. I cover it with tarp when home but obviously this would just draw attention to it in a public parking area. I am disappointed that a GIANT CORPORATION LIKE CHEVVY cannot provide adequate help for me with this car.
