Consumer complains that the foam or soft substance inside of the restraints gave out and are as hard as bricks. Dealer informs consumer that it is a part of wear and tear and they are not responsible under warranty.

4 way manual seat track bracket made of white metal broke, and driver's side seat rocks back and forth. Consumer has called salvage yards. None are available. Found 1, and it was broken in same spot. 2 welding shops can't do anything because seat is out of alignment. Consumer also states head rests have a bar that is coming out of it.

The defective design of the headrest, causing the padding in the headrest to move rearward. Consumer feels the metal part of the headrest which will not protect the occupant in event of an accident, but might cause more injuries to the head. Dealer replaced the headrest, but the problem is reoccurring.
