Vehicle has a remote sliding door. When the door is opened it closes without the remote being pushed. When the vehicle is on a slight hill it closes. Sometimes when no hill at all, it also closes. The dealer has been notified about the vehicle's door. The dealer repalced the motor on the door. After the replacement of the motor, the door still closes on it's own. Child was closed up in the door while on a hill. (she was pressed between the door and where the vehicle and the door meets.

1- every time the weather is wet and cold, all 4 doors freeze shut. This is due to the design of the body. The doors allow water to collect all around the top and vertical sides and the water freezes...locking me out of the car. Neither the dealer nor mfg have a solution. 2- brakes: Every time the weather is wet, or even with high humidity the brakes squeal and grab which initiates the ABS system which in turn brings the car to a "jerky motion" stopping situation. Neither the dealer nor the mfg have a solution....and even more frustrating to me...neither the dealer nor the mfg seem to "give a damn".
