Brakes repaired Jun 98, brakes squeaked and made a rubbing sound. It was raining traffic was stopped started to proceed, then pressed brakes hard car continued to move it was raining speed at time no more than 3-4 mph hit vehicle in front of me. Started driving again heard rubbing sound. Took to shop and found that the calipers had frozen and brakes were not working properly. Also mechanic stated that this is a problem on this type of vehicle. Want manufacturer to pay for repairs and reimburse for brake repairs
