Light comes on. AC/Windows shut down, too. Car performance does not suffer otherwise. Mechanic reset the board (for free) which contains the warning lights which fixed the problem for a week. Only happens for short periods of time.

the abs light comes and goes and every time we take it in the repair shop can't get it to duplicate or makes a repair that works temporarily and every time it goes in it acts up shortly after leaving the shop.
