Do you care for your family safety? I do. Cheap worthless Malibus are equipped (In Mexico and I know everywhere else) with something called Affinity Firestones. Well, these tires (I have read complaints somewhere else) have 3 common problems: Frequent Punctures (fixable) and more than soft sidewalls, which lead to sort of a bubble that forms in the sidewall when caught in a mild pothole. The 3rd problem is that rubber starts to "crack" prematurely (less than 30K miles!). Advice: Sell the car or else change the tires to a new set of Michelin's!!! (I sold the car after suffering for 3.5 years).
