Intermittently during severe cold weather, all the windows fogged up so bad the consumer was unable to see, even when the defogger / defroster is on it does not clear all the glass and causes severe visibility while driving. The dealer was notified. The dealer inspected the heater, defogger and the defroster and nothing could be found wrong.
