Brakes again - according to tech the rear links, sway bar bushing, rear drums, front & back brakes & rotors are no good. The rotors are undersized, over-heating and getting glazed over. I just had the brakes done on Feb. 6, 2007 was told all was okay. And now they are telling me that I have to get all the work done again and more. Nothing is covered under extended warranty and that supposedly the over-heating and glazing of the rotors is caused because the car was driven wrong. How do you drive a car wrong? Same problem and now it is worse because the inept technician did not catch these problems in Feb.

Brakes were groaning real bad took in for service at dealership and supposedly they replaced front brakes and adjusted back brakes. They took for test drive said problem was fixed. Nothing was under extended warranty so I had to pay for all the work.

New pads, rotors and wheel bearings how 'bout that for cheap!
I've already replaced the passenger wheel bearing in 06, this past spring/summer I've replaced the driver side bearing (ABS light stays on) plus both rotors and pads. Since I've purchased this car used (38,500km Aug 05) from Don Howson in Toronto, I've given my mechanic over $900. Soon I'll have to shell out for my intake gasket and repair the hole in my muffler plus replace all 4 tires.
