Malibu V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 65,000 miles

Since I got this car in 2003, I have had nothing but problems with the front left brake pad and rotor. The brake dust build-up is horrible. Ive had the brake pad split apart twice and the rotor just doesn't hold up well with a broken brake pad. I have also tried buying different types of brake pads but it's obviously a Chevy problem.

Malibu LS 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100,000 miles

The auto makers need to make the vehicles last a little longer before they start failing on you... come on GMAC- this is hard earned money that people spend on these chevy cars when they purchase them...

Malibu LS V6

  • Manual transmission
  • 100,000 miles

It seems like I'm replacing brakes every 7,000 miles. Out of four cars, I've never replaced breakpads this much!!! This is very costly with all the other problems going on with this vehicle.
