Malibu 3.2L 6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 96,000 miles

This is not the first time, its just a f*@ked up car. Whats so cold about it, its my mothers car and when she takes it in to be repaired they end up finding all kind of problems and damn near send her to the poor house. and its not just the f*cking brakes. The 2004 Malibu is a lame ass car. more complaints to come, I have tons of them on this death trap.

Malibu 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 60,000 miles

I had just driven 26 miles to get kids from school and I hardly had any power. I took my foot off the accelerator and it was as if I Hit the brakes. When I got out to check, I burned my finger on the brake disc it was so hot. When I got to the Auto dealer, they were still plenty hot that the service guys could feel the heat. I had to have a loaner car fopr about a week before they decided what was wrong and what they were going to do about it.

This had been replaced about 6 months ago, and my husband started to feel something funny with the brakes when driving. We took the car in. The next day we went to check on it and they told us they had replaced the master cylinder again. This car has weird brakes because they work diagonally. This time it was the opposite ones of which happened 6 months ago. When I asked if they had fixed it I was told that next time it happened I would have to buy the part even though it is on and extended warranty.
