The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu. The contact stated while at a complete stop, she heard a loud bang. The contact later discovered that the sunroof glass had exploded. The small pieces of glass shattered inside and outside of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect. The approximate failure mileage was 130,000.
