My car consistently makes this noise, I thought it was my windshield and now upon hearing everyone elses complaint I realize I am not alone. This car has way more noises then any other car I have ever owned.

You would think that they could have put just a little more durable catch on these things. I am over 6 ft tall and when I flip the visor down I can't see past the hood hardly due to the door hanging down in my face.

Well that's two. The driver side illuminated mirror cover is broken , it does not remain closed when snapped shut. I must confess I know who the guilty parties are; GM for a bad design(the locking mechanism is badly designed) and my wife who raised the sun visor without first closing the mirror cover.

Broken passenger-side illuminated mirror cover. Badly designed cover hinge lock - The piece of plastic locking the cover in place is at most 1/8 in in width.

Both driver and passenger side visor mirror covers are broken and flap when visor is down. I have to hold them up when using the mirror.

the illuminated visor mirror cover doesnt close any more. if you have to put the visor down to block sun, the mirror door hangs open in the way of seeing out of windshield. The mirror is rarely used and shouldn't have broke 16 months after purchase.

The mirror flap mechanism seems cheap and flimsy! Idk why it doesn't light up and not close properly. It flaps around wildly! lol
