I purchased the car preowned in August of 2006. A week after, I noticed a noise coming from the dash when the car is in motion. I took it to a Chevy Dealer, they removed my dash and said the noise was coming from air conditioning unit and the part had was called a cowl. It was cracked causing the noise. I had this repaired twice at no cost to me by the dealer. It seem to happen every 6 months.
The third time I took it back to the dealer and they refused to fix the problem at their expense. Now I am responsible the cost of the repair. The repair guy states that he, never had another car to come in for this problem and I know I couldn't possibly be the only owner of that make year and model with this problem. If it happened once...ok But twice, three times already.
I don't think I should be responsible for the cost of the repair every six months because I wanrt to drive in peace. GM is hurting right now, and the customer is paying for it. I am going to make some phone calls, someone is going to help me with this.
I PROMISE...I WILL NEVER BUT ANOTHER GM CAR AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!! The figure that because I'm bound in a contract and I have the car now that i have to accept this. They are so very wrong!!!!
