Well, it seems the glue doesn't like cold weather after the summer. I'll have to figure out a new solution as I hate to fix things twice.

rattles like hell, very annoying! dealer re-glued it.

I started having the same rattling under the windshield on the passenger side. I haven't tried to fix it yet, but that's because it went away for the winter. Now that it is summer I will have to try to re-glue like others suggested. It only happens at high speeds so usually I can turn up the radio loud enough for it to not bother me. But when you turn down the radio, for example to talk to someone in the car, it is annoying.
