I bought my 2009 Malibu LTZ in 2009. Just recently water comes into the vehicle from an unknown source without a visual area of dampness. The amount of water that comes in, ponds on the passenger floor in the backseat floor. I am forced to keep the carpet pulled up with a bath towel to absorb the moisture. I pulled the liner down on both sides of the vehicle exposing the tubing and connections for the moonroof. Both are connected and dry. Also, used an aircompressor to unclog the drain lines. That didnt work at all. Totally frustrated!

Malibu LS V4

Just inherited this car from my father in law. He did not like to drive in the rain and kept the car in the garage, so I don't know if this was a leaker from day 1 or if it developed the problem. The car is just over three years old so no longer under warranty. I'm a Honda guy and buy them for myself, my wife, and my daughter. My dad and sister are GM employees, so I try every tenth car or so to try one of GMs supposedly good cars. Well, every time I tell myself I won't get suckered by GM again, but call me crazy, I always give them another chance. And GM always bends me over and laughs as they do their thing. WHY DON'T I LEARN!!!!
