I am just very dissatisfied with what has happened with this car. I just came back from a trip I had taken to help raise money for children with sickle anemia on Sunday June 28, 2015. My thoughts were what if this had happened while I was on the highway driving. My motor seemed to be vibrating and/or missing. Lights were coming on, check engine, service ESC, Service traction, engine power reduced ESC off and I was getting ready to go to work. Had to call someone to take me to my job because I was afraid of having an accident. To top this off. I only owe $378 more on this car. I am just plain mad that this is happening at this time.

2nd check engine light in 2 weeks- throttle body replaced 2 weeks prior - now they say just an update - what ever that means! Coincidence was mentioned several times. (I don't believe in coincidence)

Third time in less than a month check engine light is on again! Throttle body has been replaced, update has been done. Have now figured out that every time the temperature drops below freezing the check engine light comes on. If the temp. goes above 32 the light goes off. It's going back to the shop in a few days and we'll see what they come up with this time. The dealer keeps saying its all a coincidence. I'm pretty sure it's not!

I purchased a 2010 malibu and the car engine light stays on all the time. the car stopped on me dealership says it wasn't manufactured right. every since i brought the car, i am at the dealership every month since i brought it. At first i was patient but it is now becoming a pain in the ass. so i decided to file a claim with the corporate of Chevrolet hopefully they can help.

engine light on; lost power; traction light on
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED; I BOUGHT THIS CAR BECAUSE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SAFE; I DID THE CHEAPER OPTION FOR REPAIR IT IS RECOMENDED TO REPLACE THE HOSE TO THE TUNE OF $700. NOT COVERED OF COURSE.
THIS IS A MANUFACTURINING ERROR NOT A USER ERROR AND LOSING POWER; ENGINE LIGHT COMING ON IS NEVER GOOD.
2nd thoughts to buy Malibu again despite the hype of a 'safe' car. and the dealership criswell: when I took it in after Emissions failure to 'connect' by code; would not look at it despite it being an hour to closing.
DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS
