- Chevy replaced a sensor and then a switch-problem continues (1 reports)
This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chevrolet dealer.
Without any poor driving or road conditions, the ESC/Traction Control dashboard warning lights would flash indicating that the traction control system was off and in need for service.
Took it to my Chevy dealer who does all the work on the car. First fix was to replace a sensor. Within 2 weeks the same symptoms occurred again. Took it back to same Chevy dealer- diagnosed a "switch" as the problem. Within 48 hours of replacing the switch, same dashboard warning lights came on again with the same message as before. Now I will have to return to the dealer for a 3rd time for the same problem.
