The contact owns a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. The contact stated that the rear window defroster failed. While attempting to replace the fuse, it was discovered that the fuse melted into the fuse panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the fuse panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000.
