Pat O'brien Chevrolet (3880 pearl rd, medina, oh 44256, (330) 460-0718) diagnosed that the instrument panel cluster needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 77,100.
