While idling in heavy stop and go traffic the gas pedal response can be erratic. When I push the gas down it will not go for at least 30 seconds, nothing then all the sudden it lurches forward. Not safe on icey roads. I would not buy another GM car again.

Experiencing erratic throttle response time and hard transmission shifts. This car stumbles when you press on the brake. When the accelerator is pressed you don't know if the response will be immediate or delayed. Turning into traffic the car froze for a good second before picking up speed. Scared me. THIS IS A RECALL MUST. My car is at the dealer now. The inconsistent delays in the throttle response time pose a safety hazard. Chevrolet needs to fix this.
