The 3rd time in 4 months for this problem to take place and have to go back to the dealership. This time they kept if for 4 days. Another 4 days I was inconvenienced to be without a car that had a phone connection.

Update from Jan 2, 2015: I was warned not to buy a car from Grossinger in Chicago, but it was so convenient, or so I thought. Now that I am having to return it for service so much and they won't replace the defective parts, it is not so convenient.

This was after being dumped off of Bluetooth several times before, but I was able to fix it myself. When I took it into the dealership they said it was my phone that was the problem. After spending 2-3 hours at the Apple store, where my phone easily connected to 3 devices, the dealership decided they needed to do some research.
