The air conditioner will not turn off, so consequently the car cannot be driven when it is cold outside because you cannot turn on the defroster. There was a recall on other 2014 Chevy Malibu's for this same problem, but when I called GM they informed me the recall was not on this vehicle. The HVAC system is not working. So why is the recall not on this vehicle also, if they know the problem exists on other 2014 Chevy malibus?
