I jumped in the car to turn on my heat one morning. It was cold and when I turned on the fan control, nothing happened. I turned it on and off again, still nothing. I was upset. A brand new car not even 11 months old and the air/heat doesn't come on. I called to make an appointment with the dealership and I was told it would be a couple weeks before they could get me in.

I went out the car later and it worked. This happened on another occasion. I talked to another owner of the same car and she said has the same problem with her car.
