After the First Checkup at 1000KM, an inspection by the Agency reveals that its missing Cigarette Lighter (as I am not a Smoker, so I did not notice)…

I told them, but of course they do not know why it is missing...

It happened because sub-standard Quality Checkup Standards at the South Korea Plant, or Outside USA Plants...
