Malibu LS 2.5L

Clearly states 2014-2015

Special adjustment Adjustment is only for 2014. Now I can't pass smog because P2646 code, my gas mileage sucks, and if you have the code read and not fixed, it's like 30-60 dollars. Chevy should be fixing it, not me. The car surges and loses power.

My check engine light came on in September. I brought the car into the dealer to diagnose. They said that I need to replace the Rocker Arm Control Valve - Part# 12633613. Unfortunately, this part in not available anywhere - through the dealer or aftermarket. I have been in weekly contact with the dealer. I opened a case with Chevrolet. My car will not pass the state emissions inspection until I can replace this part.
