This is a reoccurring problem with 2016 Malibu. It’s a pedal malfunction ( P2138) . This is the second time I had this problem and I was on my way to a emergency doctor appointment. I was driving 65- 70 mph and then it dropped down to 40 -20 mph.

Is their anyone interested starting a class act lawsuit? We can win.

I did not buy a new car for this problem.
