It took the dealership over 2 months to fix this problem! It took 2 weeks to get me in to see what the problem was, and the diagnostic said it was the radio. So they ordered it and it was another 3 weeks to get it in. I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced but it didn't fix the problem! It took them 3 more weeks to get me back in to look at it further, then after them having my car 4 days it was finally fixed. I was told it was a module. I picked my car up 11/14/19, and today 11/22/19 I'm back to square one. Nothing works AGAIN!!!
