The car was sent to a local garage and the defect was found. The serial # of the car is [xxx]is the same problem that the same model car had under recall#94V23000 ball joint mount defect. Chevrolet says they will not fix the car. This was found before any accidents or failure happened. The car is unable to pass inspection due to defect. While driving 35 mph the front control arm and lower ball joints broke. As a result, the steering and brakes failed, and the vehicle collided into brick wall. Upon impact, the airbags did not deploy. No injuries reported.
